• นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย มีภูมิลำเนาจังหวัดสตูล และต้องผ่านการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในโครงการ ตลาดนัดหนังสือ

• ไม่จำกัดหัวข้อเรื่อง

• ผู้ส่งเรื่องสั้นเข้าร่วมประกวด จะได้รับหนังสือคนละหนึ่งเล่ม พร้อมเกียรติบัคร

• มีสิทธิ์รับรางวัลชนะเลิศ รางวัล 2500 บาท รองชนะเลิศอันดับ 1 เงินรางวัล 1000 บาท รองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2 เงินรางวัล 500 บาท ประกาศผล ในวันที่ 17 สิงหาคม 2569
